Tracy Stephens is a lifelong Arkansas resident and has called Northwest Arkansas home for more than 27 years, with most of that time spent in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Tracy is the Broker/Owner of United Country NWA Real Estate, one of the area's established real estate companies. In 2015, he purchased the oldest United Country franchise in the United States, a Fayetteville, Arkansas office that originally opened its doors in 1928. In 2018, Tracy expanded the company by purchasing the United Country Huntsville franchise, further strengthening his presence throughout Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding rural communities.

With a lifelong connection to Arkansas and a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Tracy specializes in Northwest Arkansas land and rural real estate, including farms, ranches, recreational properties, hunting land, lake properties, timberland, acreage, rural homes, and investment properties. His personal experience as an avid outdoorsman gives him a unique perspective when helping buyers and sellers understand the value and potential of rural and recreational properties.

Outside of real estate, Tracy enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and coaching youth sports. He has been actively involved with Ducks Unlimited and Fayetteville Youth Baseball, reflecting his commitment to conservation, youth development, and the Northwest Arkansas community.

Before entering real estate, Tracy spent five years working in the poultry industry, gaining valuable experience in one of Arkansas's most important agricultural sectors. He is also licensed to sell insurance products in Arkansas, giving him additional experience in helping clients protect their property and investments.

Anthony Smith Marketing Specialist/Realtor

Anthony Smith was born in Tahlequah, OK of very proud American Indian ancestry and has lived in NW Arkansas all his life. Anthony proudly served in the United States Marine Corp as a rifleman from 1983 to 1986. Anthony recently retired from the Fayetteville Police Department after almost 27 years serving the citizens of Fayetteville and Washington County. James and his wife Pam enjoy operating a small cattle farm South of Fayetteville, AR. James has been involved in agriculture all his life. He has lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas for the past 49 years and spent 20 of those years as a tractor and farm machinery sales consultant.
 

James was born & raised in SW Missouri and moved to NWA in 1973.  In 1984 James Graduated from Ft.Smith Auction School.  Since then he has been asked for his Auctioneering services in Oklahoma, Missouri and as far away as Colorado.  James also attended C.A.G.A personal property appraisal school in 2012.

Danny is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, specifically Madison County.  Danny, his wife Jodi and their three daughters live just south of Huntsville on a 200 acre cattle farm in the Georgetown area.  He enjoys hunting deer/ducks and wing shooting, riding his horses, along with the occasional round of golf. Danny has life long experience in the cattle, ranching, and farm industries.   This has allowed him to be actively involved in community organizations such as Farm Bureau Board, Cattlemen‘s Association and a member of Huntsville School Board.

He is a 2001 graduate of the world wide college of auctioneers, located in Mason City Iowa.  He is an Arkansas licensed Auctioneer and Realtor.  Over the last 17 years Danny has specialized in Estate Sales, Farm Sales and Business Liquidations.  Danny gives back to the community through benefit auctions and the Madison County Fair Junior Livestock Auction.

Travis Byler Executive Broker/Owner

Travis grew up on a ranch in a smaller town in the mountains of Arizona. He went to college in Iowa on a soccer scholarship which sparked his ongoing interest in travel.  After college, he worked around the country with the United States Forest Service fighting forest fires and as a Wilderness Ranger, worked in construction in Arizona, Colorado and Oklahoma, and eventually settled with his family in Northwest Arkansas.  When not working in Real Estate he enjoys spending time on his farm in Madison County, anything outdoors, hard work, travel, the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with family.   Although Travis works in all avenues of Real Estate, he specializes in Investment and Commercial Real Estate.  Travis has been in Real Estate for 10 years but joined the United Country team 5 years ago as co-owner and broker of the Northwest Arkansas Real Estate Team. Steven Bercher Agent/Auctioneer

Steve is a native of Northwest Arkansas, a devoted family man, and has lived in the same community for over 25 years. His roots in hard work and animal care run deep—he began riding unbroken horses as a young child and started training and breaking colts professionally by age 12. From 14 to 45, Steve worked as a farrier, providing expert care to horses across the region, and there are few county roads in Northwest Arkansas he hasn’t traveled.

After proudly serving in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, he returned home to attend the University of Arkansas College of Agriculture, graduating in 1996. During this time, Steve also built a successful horse training and farrier business. He and his wife, Hope, have been raising Beefmaster cattle and maintaining a mixed flock of sheep on their 125-acre Madison County farm since 1994.
