Brad was born and raised in Magnolia, AR and has resided in NW Arkansas since 1992. After graduating
from the U of A, he continued his employment with the Arkansas Democrat Gazette for almost 18 years
before deciding to further is career in the commercial and personal insurance field with Davis & Garratt
Insurance here in Fayetteville, where he is actively licensed.
Brad loves all that NW Arkansas has to offer and has enjoyed watching our area grow in his 30 years
living in Fayetteville. He is HUGE Razorback fan, loves the outdoors and is an avid boater on Beaver
Lake. With two boys that are very active in sports, he and his wife have gotten involved with both the
Woodland Junior High and FHS Booster Clubs.

Travis grew up on a ranch in a smaller town in the mountains of Arizona. He went to college in Iowa on a soccer scholarship which sparked his ongoing interest in travel. After college, he worked around the country with the United States Forest Service fighting forest fires and as a Wilderness Ranger, worked in construction in Arizona, Colorado and Oklahoma, and eventually settled with his family in Northwest Arkansas. When not working in Real Estate he enjoys spending time on his farm in Madison County, anything outdoors, hard work, travel, the Arkansas Razorbacks, and spending time with family. Although Travis works in all avenues of Real Estate, he specializes in Investment and Commercial Real Estate. I am a lifelong resident of beautiful Madison County AR, with deep family roots. I have extensive knowledge and experience working in the Northwest Arkansas area. James and his wife Pam enjoy operating a small cattle farm South of Fayetteville, AR. James has been involved in agriculture all his life. He has lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas for the past 49 years and spent 20 of those years as a tractor and farm machinery sales consultant.
James was born & raised in SW Missouri and moved to NWA in 1973. In 1984 James Graduated from Ft.Smith Auction School. Since then he has been asked for his Auctioneering services in Oklahoma, Missouri and as far away as Colorado. James also attended C.A.G.A personal property appraisal school in 2012.
James enjoys trail riding, raising cattle, fishing and hunting. James donates his time often by doing Benefit Auctions to help people in need. James is very passionate about one particlular group called Buckmaster's and provides his Auction Services for the NWA Buckmasters Chapter Annual Benefit Auction and Fundraiser.

Laycee was born and raised in Madison County. She is a 2019 graduate of Huntsville High School. After high school, Laycee attended North Arkansas College in Harrison, AR and obtained her LPN license. She is currently working on her BSN. During this time she also obtained her Arkansas Real Estate License and started selling real estate!
Laycee stays very active in her hometown community. She teaches gymnastics locally at the Huntsville Fitness Gym, located on the Huntsville square. Laycee has a true love of her wonderful community.

Anthony Smith was born in Tahlequah, OK of very proud American Indian ancestry and has lived in NW Arkansas all his life. Anthony proudly served in the United States Marine Corp as a rifleman from 1983 to 1986. Anthony recently retired from the Fayetteville Police Department after almost 27 years serving the citizens of Fayetteville and Washington County. Danny is a lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, specifically Madison County. Danny, his wife Jodi and their three daughters live just south of Huntsville on a 200 acre cattle farm in the Georgetown area. He enjoys hunting deer/ducks and wing shooting, riding his horses, along with the occasional round of golf. Danny has life long experience in the cattle, ranching, and farm industries. This has allowed him to be actively involved in community organizations such as Farm Bureau Board, Cattlemen‘s Association and a member of Huntsville School Board.

Steve is a Native of Northwest Arkansas, a family man and has lived in the same location for over 25 years. After proudly serving in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, Steve returned to Northwest Arkansas to attend The University of Arkansas College of Agriculture (class of 96). During this time he established a successful Horse Training and Ferrier Business...there are few county roads Steve hasn't traveled in Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife have been raising cattle on their Madison County farm since 1994.
